Actress Valerie Bertinelli is promoting her new book, Enough Already: Learning to Love the Way I Am Today, and her new TikTok account.
When she shared the announcement above, she wrote: “OK! The cats out the bag!! I’M ON TIK TOK!! 🎉 IG is not gonna like this, but come over and follow! We’re having a good time and it’s not what you thought! Its good fun!” Valerie chose the Lizzo song “About Damn Time.”
More than one of Valerie’s fans admitted to not being on TikTok but voiced an interested in joining the platform because of Valerie. One wrote: “I don’t have TikTok but I’m seriously coming over ONLY for you.” Another chimed in: “I don’t do TikTok, but I will just to see you. Love you. ❤️”
Some of Valerie’s fans are more resistant. One replied: “Well, crap. Now I have to learn TikTok.” And another admitted: “I’ve been resistant. So it’s obviously not just for twenty-somethings, because all my midlifer buddies are jumping in also. Maybe I should go test the waters. I need more fun in my life anyway.”
