When not on the dance floor or on a TV or movie set, the gorgeous and talented dancer/actress Jenna Dewan models. The mother of two is on the cover of Women’s Health Australia magazine, which promises to reveal Jenna’s “secret fitness weapon.”
When fellow celebrity dancer, Carrie Ann Inaba of Dancing with the Stars fame, saw the photos, she replied: “Amazing!” Be sure to swipe!
When asked by Women’s Health how her workouts have changed over the years, Jenna said now that she’s in her 40s, “the focus is muscle training with Pilates, plus hiking with friends.” She’s turned her garage into a gym, does a lot of workouts off the Mirror, and has a Soul Cycle bike.
But her “secret weapon” is her Pilates instructor Kim Carruthers (see below). They do regular private Zoom workouts together. Jenna says Kim “is a secret weapon and how I keep my muscles where they should be.”
