The protagonist of the Lifetime movie Psycho Yoga Instructor is Justine Grace (Ashley Wood). She’s wife to Tom (Brady Smith) but their marriage is rocky.
So when handsome yoga instructor Domenic (Panos Vlahos) takes an interest in Justine, she starts to fall for his seductive ways. But as the title more than hints, Domenic reveals that he’s a sociopath.
