In the Lifetime movie Murder in the Suburbs (originally titled Secrets at the Lake), single mom Amy Pruitt (Nicky Whelan) and her teen kids Katie (Alexandria “Allie” DeBerry) and Luke (Ricky Garcia) return to Whispering Pines for vacation.
When Katie reunites with boyfriend Rick (Trevor Stines), she learns that she was passed out in the back seat of the car that caused the death of Megan Myers’ (Anna Hutchison) husband and children last year. The Pruitts are staying at Megan’s house this year. And when Megan finds out Katie was involved in the car accident, see seeks revenge.
