On the My Feet Are Killing Me episode “Somewhere In There Is a Foot,” New Jersey foot and ankle surgeon Dr. Brad Schaeffer meets a new patient, Morgan Elektra. Morgan is a 38-year-old erotic paranormal romance novelist from Woodstock, New York who was born with six toes on each foot.
On My Feet Are Killing Me, Morgan says her father told her and her older brother (who was born with the same foot condition) that they had six toes because they were descendants of mermaids. “And that was what was left our tails,” Morgan explains with a smile and a chuckle.
On the show, Morgan reads from her Gothic fantasy collection, Supernatural Horror Short Stories. She most recently published, Protecting His Pack, the first of her North American Wolves book series.
