World Series champion Houston Astros pitcher Lance McCullers, Jr. had to sit out the entire 2019 MLB season after undergoing Tommy John surgery on his right elbow to repair a torn UCL. And, yes, he’s missing the 2019 World Series where the Astros are leading 3-2 against the Washington Nationals.
But things are looking up for McCullers. Not only is he back on the mound throwing 90 mph pitches, but his gorgeous wife of almost four years, Kara McCullers, is expecting their first child in early 2020.
