When Live with Kelly and Ryan TV host Kella Ripa’s eldest child Michael Consuelos turned 22 this weekend, she made a video featuring family photos of Michael throughout the years. He is the spitting image of his father, actor Mark Consuelos.
The proud mama describes her son as “talented, handsome, smart, kind” and chose the operatic aria, Nessun Dorma for the video. Nessun Dorma (translated “None shall sleep) is an aria from Puccini’s opera Turandot. It’s one of the best-known tenor arias in all of opera, and the recording Ripa chose is performed by the best-known tenor of all time, Luciano Pavarotti.

Pavarotti made the song famous when he performed the song for the 1990 World Cup in Italy. The song is also on the best selling classical album of all time The Three Tenors in Concert, which was recorded that same year, in 1990, in Italy. Michael Consuelos was born seven years later.
