Kevin James’ sitcom Kevin Can Wait has been cancelled after two seasons. During the second season, Kevin’s TV wife Donna (Erinn Hayes) was killed off the show and Kevin became business partners with his fellow ex-cop partner Vanessa, played by James’ former TV wife Leah Remini from The King of Queens. Remini took to social media to thank everyone, especially James. “You don’t always get a second chance at something that meant so much to you and I did, and I am so grateful for it.”

Just two weeks before the Kevin Can Wait cancellation announcement, Remini sent birthday wishes to James and again voiced her gratitude for their reunion on Kevin Can Wait. She added, “I anxiously await the day to be able to work with you again Kev.” Note: Kevin James is currently on tour.
