Besties Will, Grace, Jack and Karen are still living the dream – or trying to survive – the Big Apple on Will & Grace. In the Season 10 opener, audiences were introduced to Mrs. Timmer, the woman who has lived below Will and Grace for the last 19 years. In typical Grace fashion, she never seems to remember her brash neighbor until Mrs. Timmer finds an unopened long-lost letter that Will wrote to Grace years earlier. In the episode “Supreme Courtship,” Mrs. Timmer doesn’t hold back when it comes to her clueless neighbor Grace, who unknowingly knocks over a prominent figure while going after a taxi.
Neighbor Mrs. Timmer on Will & Grace is portrayed by actress Livia Treviño. She also recently appeared as the busybody Aunt Tia Inez in the Netflix comedy reboot, One Day At A Time. Up next, Livia can be seen in the new FOX first-responders drama 9-1-1, starring Angela Bassett, Peter Krause and Jennifer Love Hewitt. The San Antonio native is recognized for her roles on CBS’s The Big Bang Theory, HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm, NBC’s Criminal Minds, FOX’s Lucifer and the acclaimed indie feature Food Stamps. Fun Fact: Livia first started her performing career as a dancer and choreographer in New York City. Will & Grace airs Thursdays at 9:30 pm on NBC, right after Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
