In the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles episode “Indecent Proposal,” while James and David throw a Great Gatsby-themed open house in an effort to sell a Bel Air estate on a tight timeline, Tracy Tutor is in Dubai. She’s launching her Dubai high-rise, the Royal Atlantis Residences, to an LA crowd, hoping to drum up some international interest. At the open house, the director of Royal Atlantis Residencies, Issam Galadari, shows up and follows Tracy as she shows the sales suite to potential brokers and buyers. It’s a two-bedroom, 1800 square-foot condominium, listed for $1.9 million.
Galadari says, “It’s very important for me to observe the way she’s explaining the project.” He seems impressed with her knowledge of the details. When showing the condo, Tracy makes sure to point out all the amenities including the Gaggenau kitchen appliances (like this $5000 electric wall oven), custom cabinetry and fixtures, and the artwork in the master suite.
