Addison’s Wonderland was a children’s bedding company known for its customized children’s bedspreads. The founder, interior designer Brittany Hayes from Georgia, launched the company in 2011 and pitched the retail business on Shark Tank in February 2013. She went into the Tank seeking an investment of $90,000 in exchange for 20 percent equity. Alas, Hayes did not land a deal.

Weeks after the Shark Tank episode aired, Hayes reported that while sales were great and inquiries from other investors started pouring in, it was during this time that she and her husband Mark “hit a huge road block in our marriage and what would quickly become the hardest time in my life. My focus went from Addison’s Wonderland to my family and my heart quickly slipped from my company.” She dissolved the bedding company in July 2014.
Since then, Addison’s Wonderland has evolved into a successful home décor, lifestyle and fashion blog. When not working on the blog, Hayes is house flipping and renovating homes with her husband — and HGTV! Hayes decorated the interior for the HGTV Dream Home Giveaway® 2019 (see photos below). New episodes of Shark Tank air Sundays at 10 pm on ABC, right after American Idol. [Related: 27 Favorite ‘Shark Tank’ Products at Amazon — New List]
