In the Will & Grace episode “The Pursuit of Happiness,” while Malcolm (Alec Baldwin) recruits Grace (Debra Messing) to help him win back Karen (Megan Mullally), Will (Eric McCormack) continues to flirt with fellow teacher Paul until it puts him in an ethical dilemma. Spoiler alert: The actor playing Paul, Barrett Foa, says “Erik McCormack’s smooching abilities are ACES.”
Barrett Foa is best known for his TV role as tech operator Eric Beale on NCIS: Los Angeles with Chris O’Donnell and LL Cool J. The Michigan grad is also known for his stage roles. On Broadway, Foa starred as the leads of both “Avenue Q” (Princeton and Rod) and “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” (Leaf Coneybear), and was in the original Broadway cast of “Mamma Mia!”.
