NicePipes Apparel, known widely from Shark Tank, makes a line of workout arm and leg warmers made out yoga pants material (Supplex). Traditionally, leg warmers are knitted of wool or cotton and tend to slip down one’s legs when worn. Those materials also lack the mild compression, sweat wicking and UV 50+ SFP protection that Supplex supplies.

The founder of NicePipes, fitness and yoga instructor Lisa Binderow, pitched NicePipes on Shark Tank in January 2017. The University of Michigan grad went into the Tank seeking an investment of $100,000 in exchange for 10 percent equity. She received an offer from Barbara Corcoran ($100,000 for 40 percent equity) but Binderow declined and walked away without a deal.
NicePipes continues to make and sell their arm warmers online for $38; knee high leg warmers for $42 and thigh high leg warmers for $48. New episodes of Shark Tank air Sunday nights on ABC. [Related: 27 Favorite ‘Shark Tank’ Products — New List]
