VH1 reality TV stars T.I. aka “Tip” and Tiny are back and they’re bringing their friends with them. On their new show, T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle, the couple surround themselves with longtime friends including LeToya Luckett-Walker, Toya Wright, and R&B star Monica Brown.
[Monica’s latest album, Code Red]
Monica Brown (born Monica Denise Arnold) was raised a child star in the gospel music industry. She crossed over into the R&B world and made a big splash in the 1990s. She won a Grammy Award for her 1998 song “The Boy Is Mine.” She has released eight studio albums: her last was Code Red (2015). In 2010, Monica married former NBA basketball player Shannon Brown. Their daughter, Laiyah Shannon, is now five. (The father of Monica’s two sons, Rocko (13) and Romelo (10) is rapper Rodney “Rocko” Hill.) Now the 37-year-old wife and mother wants to focus on getting back into music. T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle airs Mondays at 9 pm on VH1.
