On the Jill and Jessa: Counting On episode “Lauren Finds Her Dress,” soon-to-be Duggar Lauren Swanson goes shopping for her wedding dress with an entourage. She brings her bridesmaids (including new mom Joy Duggar and pregnant Kendra Duggar), her parents, and mother-in-law Michelle Duggar. While the wedding is only a few weeks away, Lauren says “it seems that our wedding is still very far away to me.” She’s tried on tons of dresses before, so she hopes she finds the one at White Dress Boutique in Rogers, Arkansas. (The title of the episode is a bit of a spoiler alert.)
Lauren, who is engaged to Josiah Duggar, know what she wants: “I want a crepe material, no lace, I want beads, a high neckline, and something very modest which is very hard to find.” Lauren’s determination paid off — she didn’t have to settle; she got what she was looking for (see photo below). Counting On airs Mondays at 9pm on TLC.
