ISlides is a line of slide or slip-on sandals that customers can design themselves online. After choosing a size and background color, customers are encouraged to add graphics (NBA logos, flags) and/or a photo with or without text. The design options seem limitless. The founder of ISlides, Justin Kittredge, pitched his business on Shark Tank in September 2016. He brought NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown (Pittsburgh Steelers) with him into the Tank, to help land a deal. Alas, Kittredge didn’t get one.

According to Brown, “business is still boomin” after Shark Tank. ISlide has since moved factories and headquarters (now in Boston) and implemented “a beast of an ERP system” while still growing the company, which just turned 5 years old. One of ISlides biggest accomplishments is securing a significant license with the NBA: iSlides with NBA logos are now sold at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Fanatics, and the NBA Store, among others. (Oh, and they landed a licensing deal with Nickelodeon, too.) [27 Favorite ‘Shark Tank’ Products — The New List]
