The protagonist of the Hallmark movie A Summer to Remember is widow Dr. Jessica Tucker (Catherine Bell, Good Witch). Like all single moms, Jessica struggles with the tough juggle of work and family. She decides to take a break from her everyday world and travels to Fiji in the South Pacific with her daughter Ava (Samantha MacGillivray) for a little R&R. At the resort she meets and falls for the handsome owner Will.
Handsome resort owner Will is portrayed by Cameron Mathison. The 6’2” tall Canadian-born actor is best known for his roles as Mike Kingston in the Murder, She Baked TV movies (see movies link above), and as Ryan Lavery on the soap opera All My Children, for which he was nominated for four Daytime Emmy Awards. Mathison, a correspondent/co-host on Entertainment Tonight (see below) and The Talk, also competed on Season 5 of Dancing with the Stars in 2007 (he came in fifth). A Summer to Remember premieres on Hallmark Channel on Saturday, August 4 at 9pm.
