On the Season 4 episode of Botched, Drs. Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif meet Nina, a self-proclaimed sugar baby. Her consultation with the two plastic surgeons is about her extra-large areolas (she has 1600cc breasts). But before the doctors take her into the examination room, Dr. Nassif asks Nina about her profession. “I’ve heard of sugar mamas but not sugar babies.” Nina explains that a sugar baby is “a young lady who dates older men who provide for her.” Sugar babies get a monthly allowance “just like you give your child a month allowance,” says Nina.
Dr. Nassif presses Nina for details, like how much, he asks. Nina explains “an average sugar baby can get her cell phone bill paid.” Elite sugar babies get about $6000 a month. Sugar queens, like Nina, get more. She says most sugar daddies are attracted to girls from her “boobinati” — that’s her big boob army. She’s the captain. Dr. Dubrow jokes that if Nina is the captain, then he’s the pope of the boobinati! Botched airs Wednesdays at 9pm on E!
