In the sixth episode of For the People, “Everybody’s a Superhero,” while young attorney Allison (Jasmin Savoy Brown) dramatically defends a man accused of stealing supplies intended for victims of a hurricane, her colleague Sandra (Britt Robertson) defends a peculiar client. He’s accused of assault and shows up in court wearing a superhero costume.
The superhero-clad client is portrayed by Tom Lennon. The comedic actor is known for his roles on Lethal Weapon (attorney Leo Getz), Santa Clarita Diet (Principal Novak), The Odd Couple (Felix Unger), and Reno 911! (Lt. Jim Dangle), among others. For the People airs Tuesdays at 10pm on ABC, right after black-ish.
