Sharane Calister is the 24-year-old singer from Des Moines, Iowa who auditioned for The Voice four times before getting onto the show. Now, in Season 14, Sharane has made it to the Top 12. America voted her through after she sang the emotionally charged song “Never Enough” from the motion picture The Greatest Showman starring Hugh Jackson who plays P.T. Barnum. (Former Season 3 The Voice finalist Loren Allred sang the original song for the soundtrack.)

To compete for the Top 11, Sharane is stepping out of her box and trying a pop song and adding a dash of R&B. Sharane will perform The Veronicas song “In My Blood.” (see video below) The Veronicas are an Australian pop duo — twins Lisa Origliasso and Jessica Origliasso. (Keep in mind Sharane has a twin sister too!) The Veronicas do have a history with the TV show The Voice. They performed “In My Blood” for the first time on The Voice Australia in June 2016 when the twins filled in as judges for musical brothers Joel Madden and Benji Madden of Good Charlotte. The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
