In the A.P. Bio episode ‘Dating Toledoans’, former Harvard professor now high school biology teacher Jack (Glenn Howerton) reluctantly agrees to go out on the town with his co-workers Mary (Mary Sohn), Stef (Lyric Lewis), and Michelle (Jean Villepique). It’s no surprise that Jack’s superiority complex is not a turn-on for the ladies of Toledo. But somehow he charms the lovely and kissable Katie.
Katie is portrayed by Eden Riegel. Riegel is known for her roles on Youthful Daze (Natalie Cardin), All My Children (Bianca Montgomery, Erica Kane’s gay daughter, see photo below), and The Young and the Restless (Heather Stevens), among others. Fun facts: Riegel made her acting debut in the 1992 film Home Alone 2: Lost in New York (she was one of the choir singers). She studied political science at Harvard University 1998 – 2000, but dropped out to pursue her acting career. A.P. Bio airs Thursdays at 8:30pm on NBC, right before Will & Grace.
