In The Big Bang Theory episode ‘The Athenaeum Allocation’, when Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) discover someone has taken their wedding date, all roads led to Sheldon’s nemesis Kripke (returning guest star John Ross Bowie). Leonard (Johnny Galecki) jumps in and saves the day by securing the perfect wedding venue for the wedding. Along the way, they meet a young man named Jess.
Jess is portrayed by Caleb Pierce. The 24-year-old actor from Dallas, Texas is known for his roles on HBO’s Insecure (Tim), Roommates (Caleb, see video below), The Real O’Neals (Stuart), and Astrid Clover (Gilly). Pierce will appear next on the March 15 episode of Grey’s Anatomy, “Old Scars, Future Hearts” as Charlie. The Big Bang Theory airs Thursdays at 8pm on CBS, right before its spin-off Young Sheldon.
