In the Black Ink Crew episode “See Ya, Korea”, the crew is still in Seoul, South Korea, searching for Bae’s missing mother. It’s been a stressful journey for Bae. When she first entered her missing mother’s apartment, Bae threw up. Turns out, it wasn’t just stress that caused Bae to get sick. Bae is pregnant. When she tells everyone, not everyone believes her. (Sky says their whole visit in Korea “does not add up.”) While Bae says she knows she has to tell her boyfriend Rob, she decides not to right away. She wants to focus all her attention on finding her mother first.
After the trip to Korea, in December, Bae announced via social media that she and Rob (“Bobby” on social media) are engaged. She wrote “He makes me feel loved, protected… I’m so blessed to be his girl.. well now his fiancé ☺ this man works so hard to make sure I’m taken care of.. words can’t explain how good this man is to me.” Rob/Bobby is an electrician. They’ve been dating for over a year. And as of February, she is 5-months pregnant! Black Ink Crew airs Wednesdays at 9pm on VH1.
