In the Will & Grace episode “There’s Something About Larry,” Will (Eric McCormack) and Grace (Debra Messing) have their old friends Larry and Joe (Jerry Levine) over. It’s been 12 years since we’ve seen the couple, and a lot has changed. Larry decides he’s in love with Will and he convinces Grace to hire him in her office although he has absolutely no experience. He’s never worked in an office!
