In The Flash episode “The Trial of The Flash,” Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) is fighting for his life. He’s being charged with the murder of Clifford DeVoe but he says he’s being framed for something he didn’t do. At his trial, the prosecutor paints Barry as “a sheep in wolf’s clothing.” He could get out of it if he reveals his real identity (as The Flash). His lawyer encourages him to tell everyone he’s The Flash, but if he does “I’ll never be able to stop running.”
[Valley played a lawyer on Boston Legal too]
Prosecutor Anton Slater is portrayed by Mark Valley. He’s known for his roles on Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce (Dr. Harris), Crisis (CIA Director Widener), Body of Proof (Tommy Sullivan), Harry’s Law (Oliver Richard), Fringe (John Scott), Boston Legal (Brad Chase, see link above), and Days of Our Lives (Jack Deveraux, see photo below!), among others. Interesting face about Mark Valley: The Gulf War veteran graduated from West Point with a degree in mathematics. The Flash airs Tuesdays at 8pm on CW.
