In The Simpsons episode “Haw-Haw Land,” while Bart dabbles in chemistry, Lisa goes to a STEM conference. There she falls for a crooning jazz pianist named Brendan. Together they make sweet music — Lisa is on saxophone, of course.
Crooning jazz pianist Brendan is voiced by Ed Sheeran. This isn’t the British pop star’s acting debut. Sheeran made a splash in July 2017 when he appeared as a Lannister Solider in the Game of Thrones episode “Dragonstone.” He also had a recurring role as Sir Corman in the FX series The Bastard Executioner in 2015.
