In the NCIS episode “Double Down,” NCIS Special Agents Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and Jack Sloane (Maria Bell) are running protection detail for U.S. Senator John Phillips in Afghanistan for the holidays. He’s no ordinary politician from D.C. in Afghanistan. He’s a three-star Marine General. When they hear from Gibbs (Mark Harmon) that the senator’s son Chandler (Blake Webb) is in the ICU (it wasn’t an accident!), Torres and Sloane do their best to get Phillips back to the States, before it’s too late.
