In the Hallmark movie Royal New Year’s Eve, Prince Jeffrey is set to propose to his fiancee Lady Isabelle Collins (Hayley Sales). He’s expected to pop the question at a fancy New Year’s Eve party. But that’s before he meets Caitlyn (Jessy Schram), the aspiring fashion designer Isabelle hires to design her gown for the party. Love ain’t perfect.
Prince Jeffrey is portrayed by Sam Page.
