Sexism is the theme of the Man With a Plan episode “Battle of the Sexists.” While Kate (Grace Kaufman) fights for a spot on the boys’ soccer team, Andi (Liza Synder) accuses her husband Adam (Matt LeBlanc) of being sexist. The Burns Brothers Construction Company needs a new project manager in the office. When Andi points out that Adam has been interviewing just men for the job, Adam and Don consider Zara, a cute and qualified female candidate.
Zara is portrayed by Lilah Richcreek. The gorgeous Los Angeles native is known for her roles on Grace and Frankie (Ceilia), The Great Indoors (Maybelle), Cougar Town, Two and a Half Men (Ker), and 2 Broke Girls (Kacee), among others. Fun fact: Richcreek just got engaged to actor Robbie Silverman! (see photo below). Man With a Plan airs Mondays at 8:30 pm on CBS, right after Kevin Can Wait and right before Superior Donuts.
