Season 13 of The Voice is coming to an end. Before the winner is announced on Tuesday, December 19, the final four singers get to perform a number of times. On Team Adam is 16-year-old Addison Agen. On Team Miley is Brooke Simpson. And on Team Blake is Red Marlow and favorite to win Chloe Kohanski. During the Live Finale, Chloe will sing the iconic 1981 Kim Carnes song “Bette Davis Eyes.” The lyrics include: “And she’ll tease you, she’ll unease you / All the better just to please you.” It won a Grammy for “Song of the Year.”

Chloe’s song selection doesn’t come as a total surprise. Her voice is a natural fit with 1980s songs as she’s demonstrated with Bonnie Tyler’s 1983 hit “Total Eclipse of the Heart.” Check out Bonnie Tyler talking about Kim Carnes and ‘Bette Davis Eyes’ below. Tyler said “Everyone thought it [the song] was mine because we sound so similar. Even my mother!” The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
