In the NCIS episode “Skeleton Crew,” a storm shuts down Washington, D.C. and during the power outage, a sailor is kidnapped. While Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and Bishop (Emily Wickersham) investigate at sea, Director Vance (Rocky Carroll) introduces the team to new forensic psychologist, NCIS Special Agent Jacqueline “Jack” Sloane. Sloane is portrayed by Maria Bello. She’s known for her roles on Goliath (Michelle McBride), Prime Suspect (Det. Jane Timoney), ER (Anna Del Amico), Mr. & Mrs. Smith (Mrs. Smith), and in the films Prisoners (Grace Dover), A History of Violence (Edie Stall), The Cooler (Natalie Belisario), Secret Window (Amy), Payback (Rosie), and Coyote Ugly (Lil), among others.
Bello is also an activist, using her platform to raise money for Haiti after the devastating earthquake there in 2010. She co-founded the WE ADVANCE organization which focused on helping women especially in getting them adequate healthcare. She is also active in fighting for justice for women in Darfur. NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8:00 PM ON CBS. The sizzling Bello starred in The Cooler with Alec Baldwin.
