In the Hallmark movie All of My Heart: Inn Love, engaged couple Brian (Brennan Elliott) and Jenny (Lacey Chabert) are preparing to open their bed-and-breakfast in a quaint town in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. But when a storm derails their plans, Brian makes the decision to go back to Wall Street to make some quick cash. Throughout the ordeal, Brian and Jenny receive advice from an older gentleman named Vern.
Vern is portrayed by 87-year-old multiple Golden Globes award winning actor Ed Asner. The veteran thespian is known for his roles in Elf (Santa), Up (Carl), and as Lou Grant on Mary Tyler Moore (“oh, Mr. Grant!”) and Lou Grant, among others. All of My Heart: Inn Love premieres on Hallmark Channel on Saturday, October 7 at 9pm. It will air again on October 8 at 7pm; October 14 at 7pm, October 15 at 3pm, and October 21 at 1pm.
