Shark Tank is back for its ninth season and it’s already proven to be a dramatic one. In the premiere episode, guest Shark Sir Richard Branson threw a glass of water in Mark Cuban’s face. (Those crazy billionaires!) And for the second episode, they don’t need a guest Shark. The entertainment value comes from the memorable pitches of Tangle Pets (the founder is “a high energy mom”) and Enso Rings.
Enso Rings is a line of durable cool-looking lightweight wedding bands made out of silicone. The material is so resilient, the founders of Enso Rings (Aaron Dalley and Brighton Jones of Midvale, Utah) bring three big (shirtless) muscle men into the Tank and ask them to tug as hard as they can on a rope tied to an Enso Ring. Dalley and Jones know how to make an impression — and they seem to have a good sense of humor. On the Enso Rings website, Jones claims to “sleep on a bed of silicone rings!” Jones is featured in the video below. Shark Tank airs Sundays at 9pm on ABC.
