In the Season 9 premiere of Modern Family, Jay (Ed O’Neill) forces everyone to spend their family vacation together on a houseboat on a lake. While Cam (Eric Stonestreet) tries to stay out of the sun, Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) runs into an old boyfriend.
Mitchell’s ex, Scotty, is portrayed by Kyle Bornheimer. He’s known for his roles on Casual (Jack Briggs), Brooklyn Nine-Nine (Teddy), Angel from Hell (Brad), Family Tools (Jack Shea), and Worst Week (Sam Briggs), among others. Modern Family airs Wednesdays at 9pm on ABC.
