June is known as the ideal month for weddings but September must be the month for psycho wannabe brides because on September 3, Lifetime is airing Psycho Wedding Crasher. It’s a hybrid of Cinderella and Single White Female. Jenna Kravitz works for her abusive Aunt Daisy (Joan Van Ark) in her wedding dress shop where she dreams of having her own wedding. Jenna’s dreams turn into deadly wishes when she sets her eyes on a groom named Glenn (Jason Cermak). The only thing in her way is the bride-to-be Marci (Fiona Vroom).
Jenna is portrayed by triple-threat Heather Morris. As an actress, Morris is best known for her roles on Glee (Brittany S. Pierce) and in the 2012 film Spring Breakers (Bess) with Selena Gomez and James Franco, among others. Morris most recently competed on Dancing with the Stars (Spring 2017) but was shockingly eliminated before The Bachelor Nick Viall. Keep in mind, Morris was a back-up dancer for Beyonce Knowles for nearly two years (2007-2008). Psycho Wedding Crasher premieres on Lifetime on Sunday, September 3 at 8pm.
