Jordan Fisher is the 23-year-old Broadway Hamilton star competing on Dancing with the Stars, Season 25. His professional dance partner is Lindsay Arnold, who is the same age. When they first met, Lindsay told Jordan, “I’ve been watching you,” and believes they can win the Mirror Ball Trophy. As Lindsay points out, “First place has got to be next.” She’s been on Dancing with the Stars for four seasons and has come in 4th, 3rd, and 2nd last year with MLB World Series star David Ross.
After the young pair performed a Tango to the Shawn Mendes song “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back,” DWTS judge Carrie Ann Inaba yelled at Fisher, “It’s week one — you shouldn’t be dancing like that yet!” She gushed further by adding, “You were in control from the beginning to the end. And you added so much swagger!” Jordan and Lindsay received a score of 22 out of 30 (Carrie Ann gave them an 8). Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8pm on ABC.
