The Bulls’ RunWithUs Chapter 4 focuses on Zach LaVine’s preparation for his first season with the Chicago Bulls. The video examines LaVine’s knee injury and recovery, showing the 6’5″ high-flying guard in the weight room and generally getting pumped. LaVine says he’s doing the two things he needs to do to reach his max potential. Working on the things he’s “not as good at” and also on the “things he’s already good at it.” The goal? “To come back better than what you were before,” LaVine says. That’s saying something, since LaVine is a two-time NBA dunk contest champ.
The video series promises an “exclusive behind the scenes look at the Bulls.” Chapter 4 is all about LaVine coming into this season. The video does feature Kris Dunn, LaVine’s new Bulls teammate, but mostly to have Dunn talk about LaVine. Dunn says why the Bulls are excited in a nutshell. “He can score with the basketball. That’s his job on the team and I think he can do that at a high level,” Dunn says.
