On the Game of Thrones episode “The Spoils of War”, Dickon Tarly reappears. He’s the younger brother of Samwell Tarly (John Bradley) who was disinherited by their father Randyll Tarly (James Faulkner). That leaves Dickon the heir to Horn Hill and the Valyrian steel sword Heartsbane. This season, Dickon is by his father’s side during the Lannister war efforts against the Tyrells.

The tall English-born actor Hopper is known for his roles on Black Sails (Billy Bones) and Merlin (Sir Percival), among others.
