Two odor-fighting products vie for $100,000 on Steve Harvey’s Funderdome on August 20. First up is StinkBoss – an odor-eliminating all-in-one dryer, sanitizer, and deodorizer for smelly shoes and gear. Momtrepreneur Hilary Philgreen from Overland Park, Kansas says she tried eliminating the odors in her cars with sprays and powders but nothing worked. That’s why she invented StinkBoss. “They just covered up the smell with more smell.” Hilary explains that StinkBoss “uses ozone technology to destroy that bad bacteria, that odor causing stench near shoes and gear and it gets rid of that whole smell.”
StinkBoss works on any gear — shoes, pads, hats, helmets, gloves — that you wear but can’t put in the washing machine, and works as fast as 30 minutes. Hilary and StinkBoss are competing against Courtney from Portland, Oregon and her Grand PooBox, a modern litter box to keep poo inside the box. Steve Harvey’s Funderdome airs Sundays at 9pm on ABC.
