In the Brooklyn Nine-Nine episode ‘Cop-Con’, when the precinct goes to the Tri-State Police Officers’ annual Cop-Con, expecting to party it up at the annual event, they run into fellow police officer Jeffrey Bouche.
Tri-State cop Jeffrey Bouche is portrayed by Andy Daly. The comedic actor is known for his roles on Silicon Valley (Doctor), Black-ish (Dr. Evan Windsor), Modern Family (Principal Brown), and MADtv (various characters including Dick Cheney), among others. He is also the spokesperson for CarMax (see below). Brooklyn Nine-Nine airs Tuesdays at 8pm on FOX.
