In the NCIS: Los Angeles episode ‘Uncaged’, the NCIS team races to find Special Agent Sam Hanna’s (LL Cool J) wife Michelle who’s been kidnapped. The kidnappers don’t want money – they want the release of Sam’s nemesis Tahir Khaled (Anslem Richardson) from jail.
Michelle Hanna is portrayed by Aunjanue Ellis. She’s known for her roles on Quantico (Miranda Shaw), The Book of Negroes (Aminata Diallo), The Mentalist (Madeleine Hightower), Justice (Miranda Lee), and The Practice (Sharon Young), among others. Ellis is also recognized for her roles in the films The Help (Yule Mae Davis), Ray (Mary Ann Fisher), Undercover Brother (Sistah Girl), and Men of Honor (Jo). NCIS: Los Angeles airs Sundays at 8pm on CBS.
