The TV dating game Love Connection premiered in 1983 and ran for eleven years (ending in 1994) with affable host Chuck Woolery. Singles who were set up on dates would come on the show and talk about their experience on those dates. More than 20 years later, Love Connection is back on TV (Fox) with fast-talking, cheeky TV host Andy Cohen who promises the show will be even “more shocking.”

Andy Cohen is known as being the first openly gay host of an American late-night talk show (Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Bravo). He was head of development at Bravo for more than 10 years, where he continues to serve as executive producer (and chief provocateur) of The Real Housewives franchise. He is also a New York Times best-selling author (see above). Love Connection airs Thursdays at 9pm on FOX.
