In the Season 4 finale episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, while NYPD detectives Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg) and Rosa Diaz (Stephanie Beatriz) continue to work with their idol Lt. Hawkins (Gina Gershon) on a bank-robbing case, Boyle (Joe Lo Trugilo) objects to Gina’s (Chelsea Peretti) new boyfriend, Milton.
Gina’s new boyfriend is portrayed by Ryan Phillippe. He’s known for his roles on Shooter (Bob Lee Swagger), Secrets and Lies (Ben Crawford), Damages (Channing McClaren), and in the films Cruel Intentions with his ex-wife Reese Witherspoon (Sebastian Valmont), Gosford Park (Henry Denton), Crash (Officer Hanson), and Flags of our Fathers (John “Doc” Bradley), among others. Brooklyn Nine-Nine airs Tuesdays at 8pm on FOX.
