The 48 Hours episode “Murder in the Mansion” investigates the 1976 double homicide that killed Stan Farr and Andrea Wilborn, 30-year-old boyfriend and 12-year-old daughter of Priscilla Davis. The murders occurred in the Fort Worth mansion where Priscilla Davis lived. After a night out, she and friends returned to the house and “walked into an ambush.” A man dressed in all black opened fire. Priscilla told police the shooter was her wealthy, oil heir, soon-to-be ex-husband T. Cullen Davis (worth an estimated $500 million). The couple was embroiled in a nasty divorce at the time of the shooting.

Cullen Davis was acquitted twice on two separate cases in the 1970s — for the murders of Farr and his stepdaughter Wilborn, and for conspiring to murder the judge in his divorce proceedings against Priscilla. In 1982, Priscilla moved to Dallas. Her daughter Dee Dee Davis said her mother worked at the Dallas Flower Market in the late 1990s. Priscilla died of breast cancer in 2001. Cullen Davis, who still lives in the Fort Worth area, is 83 years old. 48 Hours airs Saturdays at 8pm and 10pm on CBS.
