The TV movie Secrets in Suburbia doesn’t pull any dramatic punches. The protagonist is Gloria, a woman who finds out that her husband Phil (Joe Williamson) and her three best friends in the suburbs are plotting to kill her and steal her family fortune. But like “I Will Survive” singer Gloria Gaynor, this Gloria too shall survive … and seek revenge.
Gloria is portrayed by Brianna Brown. She’s known for her roles on NCIS: New Orleans (LaSalle’s baby mama Melody James), Devious Maids (Taylor Stappord), General Hospital (Lisa Niles), and Eastsiders (Hillary), among others. Fun fact about Brown: She got her big break from Judd Apatow when she landed the role of the perky blonde cheerleader in the pilot of Freaks and Geeks. Secrets in Suburbia premieres on LMN on Friday, April 7 at 8pm.
