In the Superior Donuts episode ‘The Amazing Racists’, while Franco (Jermaine Fowler) is subjected to an unwarranted stop-and-frisk, his boss Arthur (Judd Hirsch) faces his own prejudices after suspecting that Franco’s friend Malcolm stole a piece of his sports memorabilia.
Franco’s friend Malcolm is portrayed by Luke Youngblood. The English-born actor known for his roles on Galavant (Sid), Community (Magnitude), and in the Harry Potter films (Lee Jordan), among others. Fun fact about Youngblood: He was one of the original actors playing Simba in Disney’s The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre in London. Superior Donuts airs Mondays at 9pm on CBS.
