There isn’t a better draw for a female contestant on Dancing with the Stars than a lucky pairing with Val Chmerkovskiy. But in this rare instance, Val’s star partner Normani Kordei — of the mega-chart-topping Fifth Harmony — teaches Val the moves.
Normani’s presence may mean this season’s DWTS isn’t quite a fair fight. She’s a professional dancer, really, as is evident in the video below showing the 20-year-old Normani teaching Val the choreography from Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home” — a super smash for the band. No surprise: Val does alright… Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8pm on ABC.
