On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills episode ‘Cake Therapy’, while Erika Girardi rehearses for her soap opera role with Emmy Award-winning actress Eileen Davidson, Kyle Richards is planning a cake-tasting event for her friend Carnie Wilson. Carnie was in the singing trio Wilson Phillips with her sister Wendy (both daughters of Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys) and their childhood friend Chynna Phillips (daughter of The Mamas and The Papas couple John and Michelle Phillips). Kyle and Carnie became friends on the set of Celebrity Apprentice.
When Kyle calls Lisa Vanderpump to invite her to the cake party, Vanderpump asks if Lisa Rinna has been invited. Kyle says both she and Eden Sassoon have been invited. Vanderpump is surprised to learn that Kyle has invited her sister, Kim Richards, too. When Vanderpump says, “I’m busy,” Kyle won’t take no for an answer. “You are coming, and we’re going to have fun.” Vanderpump then puts Kyle on hold. “I can’t be holding on for you like this. I have things to do in my life now,” says Kyle, who remains on hold. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Bravo.
