In the Rosewood episode ‘Bacterium & the Brothers Panitch’, an armed man wearing an East Miami Police uniform takes Rosewood (Morris Chestnut), Villa (Jaina Lee Ortiz), Slade (Eddie Cibrian) and others hostage in the police department. Leave it to Rosewood to make himself invaluable to their captor, Owen Panitch.
Owen is portrayed by Michael Weston. He’s known for his roles on Houdini and Doyle (Harry Houdini), Elementary (Oscar Rankin), Psych (Adam Hornstock), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (Simon Marsden), House (Lucas Douglas), Scrubs (Private Brian Dancer), and Six Feet Under (Jake), among others.
