On Teen Mom 2, while engaged and pregnant Chelsea Houska goes to the doctor, Kailyn Lowry-Marroquin and her excited sons await the return of Javi from deployment. Kailyn and Javi’s marriage has been strained — so much so that Javi doesn’t know whether or not to knock or just walk into his own home. When he does (just walk in), the boys rush into his arms. Kailyn gives him a cordial hug.

Javi offers to drive the boys to camp that morning but first they want to show Javi their new dog, Penny, which they got while Javi was away. “Geez, there’s so much that’s different,” Javi says as he looks around and out the backyard. When it’s time to go, Javi asks Kailyn if he can borrow her kid car seats. She says “No, you can get your own car seats.” When he asks if he can go with Kailyn to drop them off at camp she says, “You can follow me.” Teen Mom 2 airs Mondays at 9pm on MTV.
